 We answer the phone from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday and noon to midnight on Friday and Saturday.  We respectfully request that you limit phone calls to our stated phone hours. 
New couples who wait until Friday or Saturday to call for information/reservations are encouraged to call before 6pm so that we may give your inquiry our undivided attention.

Expectations...

What can you expect to find at The 13th Floor? Come and watch the excitement on the dance floor or visit the library for quiet conversation. Cuddle up in the lounge area, take a soak in the outdoor hot tub, or just flirt with others that share your attitude.

Move into our semi-private room or the group rooms, where you can join in the erotic and sensuous activities, or sit and watch from the sidelines. There is never any pressure to join in on any of the activities and No Always Means NO!

Entry is by reservation only. We offer same- week reservations by phone for first time guests.  The best time for new guests to call is before 6Pm on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, although we do take new couple reservations up until 10PM on Friday and Saturday.


First time guests are REQUIRED to call for their reservations and will be given pertinent information and directions at that time.

Couples and single ladies are always welcome. Single males are allowed on a limited basis on Friday evenings. On Saturday evenings single males must be sponsored by an attending couple.

No Always Means NO!

No Drama, No Drugs, No Weapons, No Photographs, No Audio Recordings, No use of Cell Phones beyond the reception room.
